Charles Matthew Schneider President and CEO Matthew Schneider has spent the last 17 years working in the field of management and business development. As the owner and developer of private companies, Mr. Schneider has had the opportunity to work with some of the best professionals in the fields of aviation, real estate, and general business. In 2002 Matthew began a relationship with Executive Flyers Aviation (EFA) at Hanscom Field in Bedford, Massachusetts. Through his affiliation with EFA, Matthew has been involved in the day to day operations of their flight department and the development of services to client companies such as Airshares Elite (Bedford) and the air taxi company Linear Air. This includes the management and operation of nearly fifty aircraft, including Linear Air’s fleet of Cessna Grand Caravans, and their new Eclipse VLJs. In 2003, Mr. Schneider founded the first of the Sovereign Companies as a consulting group to provide development expertise to corporate flight departments, and companies like EFA who were looking to develop their own facilities. With the creation of The Sovereign Development Group in 2005, Matthew has been able to focus the expertise of his consulting group into an independent developer of premium aircraft facilities. Mr. Schneider is a private pilot, and with his partner at Clark Aviation currently operates a fleet of 9 aircraft. These include their Piper Malibu Mirage, and in 2009, a new Cessna Mustang VLJ. cms@sovereigndevelopmentgroup.com   David Annin Vice President, Development Mr. Annin brings over 19 years experience as a sponsor and founder of diverse business transactions.  He has served as an analyst and senior consultant in multiple business and real estate ventures, sales, acquisitions and development projects.  Prior to his relationship with Sovereign, Mr. Annin co-founded a specialized financial services company.  In his capacity he directed the company’s efforts in the capital markets and was responsible for overseeing the underwriting, financial rating process, and the marketing of investment grade rated note instruments to institutional investors.  In the late nineties he headed an investment team and served as project manager for a 1400+/- acre master planned residential and mixed use land development in the southwestern United States.  In the early nineties he founded and operated a manufacturing sales and distribution organization headquartered in Southern California which serviced wholesale customers and clients throughout the western United States.  Mr. Annin currently lives in the Chicago area and is an Illinois native whose family has deep ties to Chicago and its Northwest suburbs. dca@sovereigndevelopmentgroup.com   Andrew Schneider Vice President, General Counsel Mr. Schneider’s experience includes the representation of clients in a wide range of real estate matters, both transactional and litigation, including the purchase and sale of property, leasing, commercial landlord/tenant law, commission disputes, easements, and financing. He has advised buyers and sellers in a number of large real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial complexes and mixed-use projects, totaling more than $75,000,000.00. Aside from practicing law, Mr. Schneider is active in the development of real estate in the San Diego, CA area. In the past three years he has assisted in the financing, planning and construction of a 30,000 square foot commercial building; and is presently assisting in the planning and development of several projects, including a 40,000 square foot commercial building and 25 acre mixed-use project . Mr. Schneider received his B.A. in History from Boston College, and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
